How to increase memory?

For good and sharp recollection we have to be mentally and physically healthy, strong, and wholesome.  Without being mentally and physically healthy and strong, we cannot keep our memory good and sharp.

You must remember that our memory depends on our meditation and concentration of mind.  The more concentrated we focus, the more focused our thinking becomes.  The more intensity, stability, and strength will be applied to any work, the deeper and stronger that work will be imprinted on our memory.

Maintaining memory is the power of recollection and for this, it is necessary to repeatedly believe and practice the subjects heard and read.  Things that keep coming to our attention, are remembered and things that do not come to our attention for a long time, we forget.  Students should read their course books with full concentration and repeat them regularly.  By thinking nonsense, worrying, talking too much, talking nonsense, lying, or making excuses, and being involved in work, memory is destroyed.

Intelligence is not something to be found in the market, but something to be gained and enhanced through practice.  So you have to be engaged in increasing intelligence and knowledge by doing a lot of practice.

The more you spend on knowledge, intellect, and knowledge, the more they increase while the less you spend on money or other things.  The more you try and practice for the acquisition of knowledge and development of intellect, the more your knowledge and intellectual strength will increase.

Method: At night, put almonds, pistachios, dates, and all four marrows in 1 cup of water and keep it.  In the morning, remove the peel of almonds and rub them twice on the stone with a drop of water and take the paste to a bowl.  Then finely chop pistachios, cardamom seeds, and dates and mix in it.  Put all four brains in it in the same way.  Now mix all these well and chew and eat a lot.  After that mix 3 grams of fine powder of conch shell in butter and lick it and drink a glass of lukewarm sweet milk by taking 1-1 sip.  Finally, put some fennel in the mouth and keep chewing slowly for 15-20 minutes and keep sucking their juice.  Swallow them after sucking. *

Benefits: This experiment is unique for enhancing mental strength, speed, and memory.  At the same time, it creates strength and vitality in the body.  You can see miraculous benefits by consuming it on an empty stomach after retiring from daily activities every morning for 40 consecutive days.

Eat two hours after using it.  Bring all the above ingredients together from the grocer's shop or raw drug seller's shop and prepare it daily giving 15-20 minutes time.  You can do this experiment for more than 40 days, as long as you want.

Another experiment: Cut a carrot and about 50-60 grams of cabbage leaves i.e. 10-12 leaves and put them on a plate.  Cut green coriander and put it on it.  Then mix rock salt, black pepper powder, and lemon juice in it and chew it and eat it as a snack.

Drink a glass of buttermilk with food.

Precautions

If you wake up after 9 o'clock at night to read, keep drinking half a glass of cold water at half-hour intervals.  This will not cause flatulence due to awakening.  By the way, it is advisable to go to bed before 11 o'clock.
