In diabetes, the three metals of the body, the three defects, and weight become distorted, which makes the body weak and weak.  The body begins to accumulate microscopic feces (clade).  As a result, the chances of developing kidney (kidney), heart, bone, and eye-related diseases and many other complex disorders are increased.

 

🔹Cause: Diabetes is caused by sitting comfortably and consuming gold, curd, milk, and milk products, excessive consumption of jaggery and sugary foods, meat, fresh grains, freshwater (rainwater), all expectorant and heredity.


🔹Protective measures: Dietary care and exercise are especially important for drug use.  4-5 km before sunrise  Walking fast is the best exercise for diabetics.  You should also walk all day.  Perform regular asanas, especially Surya Namaskar, Bhujangasana, Shalabhasana, Dhanurasana and Sarvangasana and Pranayama.  Eat at regular intervals.  Sleeping during the day increases sugar, so give up daytime sleep.


🔹 Diet-Apathy: Do not consume phlegm, curd, buffalo milk, fruits, sweets, new rice, etc.


You can take barley, wheat, old rice, moong, gram, kulathi, linseed oil, cow ghee, fenugreek, bathua, turai, gourd, a small number of grapes, raisins, almonds.  Soaking an almond at night, peeling it in the morning, and chewing it a lot are beneficial for diabetics.  Bilberry leaves, neem leaves, amla, turmeric, bitter gourd, berries, and fenugreek are especially beneficial.


 * Pharmacology: *

 1. Take Triphala powder regularly.

 2. Mix turmeric and pure honey in gooseberry juice or take 1 gram of turmeric and 2 grams of gooseberry powder.

 3. 10 to 20 ml.  It is very beneficial to take the juice of billets and the juice of bitter gourd.

 4. Soak fenugreek seeds overnight, dry them in shade in the morning and grind them.  Take 1-1 teaspoon morning and evening.

 5. Vasantakusumakar juice, Rajatmalini Vasant, Chandraprabha Vati, and Arogyavardhini Vati are very useful for strength and strength in medicinal plants.

 6. The glucose called jambolin located in the berries prevents the distorted conversion of starch into sugar.  Taking six grams of powder of dried berries kernels two-three times a day is beneficial for diabetes.

Miraculous experiment: In the morning, cut half a kilo of bitter gourd, put it in a wide pot, and crush it with your feet.  When the bitterness of bitter gourd comes into the mouth (there is a feeling of bitterness in the tongue) then stop crushing.  Do this experiment for ten days.  This will control diabetes.  If necessary, this experiment can be repeated after ten days.
