The Union Home Ministry has released guidelines for Unlock 3. Further concessions have now been granted outside the Corona containment zone as per the guideline. Night curfew will no longer apply. The yoga institute and gym will be open from 5 August. Unlock-3 will take effect on August 1.
Lockdown restrictions will not be relaxed in the Containment Zone until 31 August 2020.
Independence Day events will be allowed to be held in compliance with social distance as well as other health-related protocols such as wearing a mask. Vande Bharat Mission will be allowed only in limited circumstances. The government will decide on international flights later.
According to the guideline, school, college, public programs will be closed as before. In areas other than the containment zone, metro rail, cinema, swimming pool, amusement park, theater, bar, auditorium, assembly hall are not allowed to open...
A new guideline for Unlock-3 has been announced across the country amid the Corona epidemic. The night curfew has been lifted as per this new guideline. Similarly, it has been decided to open a gym and yoga center.
However, the ban on closing schools and colleges will remain in place. Cinema halls can be opened in areas outside the cantonment zone. Masking will still be mandatory. The celebration of Independence Day on 15th August is also subject to rules.

The Union Home Ministry today issued a new guideline, which allows for more operations in areas outside the containment zone. Unlock-3, which will take effect on August 1, 2020, has been given green light to resume operations in a phased process.The new guideline has been issued today. The decision has been taken on the basis of the views and opinions received from them after extensive discussions with the States and Union Territories as well as the Union Ministries and Departments.
