Apply for a passport by submitting the online form
You will have to register on the Passport Seva Portal to submit the online form.
After registering, log in to the Passport Seva Portal.
Click on the Apply for Fresh Passport or Passport Reissue link.
Fill in the required details in the form and submit
After submitting the form for fresh or re-issuance of passport, click on the link “Pay & Schedule Appointment” to schedule an appointment at Passport Seva Kendra (PSK).
Find Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) location and select your PSK
After booking the appointment, you can pay online through a credit/debit card or SBI bank challan.
