UIDAI tweeted this information on Monday. Many types of individual information are collected when creating a base. It includes their demographic and biometric information. Now Aadhaar cards can also be made for newborn babies.

Step 1: For this, you first have to go to the official website of UIDAI. On this website, then you have to click on the Aadhaar card registration link.

Step 2: Fill in the important information including the name of the child, the name of the parents. You will also need to fill out an Aadhaar registration form.

Step 3: In this step, you will fill in the details of residential address, area, district/city, state, etc.

Step 4: Then click on the appointment button and select the schedule for Aadhaar card registration. You can choose the registration center closest to your home.

Step 5: You have to visit the registration center on the date of the appointment. Here you will also need to bring the child's birth certificate, photocopy of the parent's Aadhaar card, and reference number.

Step 6: All the documents will be done at the registration center, after which the biometric information will be linked to the child's Aadhaar card. Only a photograph of a child under 5 years of age is registered.

Step 7: Here also after all the process is completed, the applicant is given an acknowledgment number, with the help of which you can know the status of the application.

Step 8: After 60 days an SMS will be received on the registered mobile number. Child support will be sent to you within 90 days of the enrollment process.
