The High Court has sought a fine of Rs 1,000

 In the hearing of the Sumoto petition filed in the Gujarat High Court after taking care of Corona, the High Court gave some important directions to the government. In which, the High Court had asked the government to impose a fine of Rs 1,000 on those wearing masks. Regarding which, Chief Minister Vijay Rupani today said that the decision given by the State High Court will be implemented in the state from tomorrow.


Rupani has announced that from Tuesday, August 11, people wearing masks in public in the state will be fined Rs 1,000. He appealed to all the citizens of the state not to crowd the upcoming festivals including Janmashtami as the Koro infection is widespread due to such congestion, so to prevent such infection, all citizens should stay home and celebrate the festivals.

At the July 24 hearing of the Sumoto petition in the Gujarat High Court, after the care of Corona, the High Court gave some important directions to the government. People are walking around wearing masks and maintaining social distance due to ignorance.


The High Court had asked the government to impose a fine of Rs 1,000 on those wearing masks. There is no need to worry about people's displeasure. Strict decisions should be taken in the public interest. Mask is most essential to avoid corona. Without it, people would not be able to run it. The High Court said that it is the responsibility of the government to ensure that everyone comes wearing a mask.
